• Where is the agency located? The agency is located at 92, rue du Douchka, Résidence Elinka, 74110 Avoriaz.

• Are bed sheets included in our rental? Bed sheets are included in all our rentals, along with other benefits depending on the category.

• What does the cleaning kit included in all rentals contain? Sample of dishwashing and multi-purpose liquid, 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, 1 cleaning cloth, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper.

• What time can we pick up the keys to our rental? Starting from 5:00 PM, proceed directly to our agency to pick up your keys and other services (lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons).

• I will be arriving late, how can I retrieve my keys? Our agency is open continuously from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturdays. In case of late arrival, contact us and we will leave your keys at the open 24/7 station reception.

• What is the Privilege Card? This card, specially designed for you, offers exclusive experiences and benefits with our partners during your stay in Avoriaz 1800. Discover your advantages.
