Located on the 7th floor of the Portes du Soleil residence in Avoriaz, this 26 m² duplex sleeps up to 4 people. Its high floor and southeast-facing balcony provide plenty of natural light and a pleasant setting from which to enjoy the resort.

On the main level, the living area includes a dining area and two single beds (80x180 cm). The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, stovetop, and refrigerator. The balcony extends the living space.

The Portes du Soleil residence is located in the heart of Avoriaz's village center. It borders to the lower part of the main street and the shops located there.
The residence provides a favorable setting for vacationers who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the resort and its activities.
There are numerous shops at the doorstep of the residence, including shopping outlets, ski stores, souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, local products, and a bakery.
The ski area can be easily accessed via the slopes that traverse the resort or simply by the main street that leads to the Arare sector. The Dromonts drag lift, located right in the center of the resort, allows for quick access to the plateau and Super-Morzine sectors.
