Ideally located in the historic Hauts Forts neighborhood, across from the legendary Hôtel des Dromonts, this 180 m² chalet can accommodate up to 12 people in a unique setting. Featuring a warm, contemporary style, it has been designed across three levels to offer optimal comfort and create inviting spaces for sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends.
Currently undergoing renovation, it is scheduled for completion in December 2026. The photos shown are 3D renderings of the future layout and are therefore not binding.
Living Area :
The heart of the chalet opens onto a spacious, light-filled living room with a sitting area, fireplace, and dining area—perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. The iconic bull’s-eye window—a hallmark of Avoriaz’s architecture—has been preserved and enhanced, offering a view of the Pointe de Vorlaz.

The Hauts-forts residences offer apartments ranging from studios to 2-room apartments. They connect the Jean Vuarnet Square with the Prodains cable car and the historic Dromonts Square.
They benefits from an immediate proximity to the Dromonts Square and its recently renovated shops: bowling alley, restaurants, caterer, wine merchant, delicatessen, and ski shops.
Access to the Arare sector of the Portes du Soleil ski area is also direct, allowing you to access other sectors or nearby Switzerland.
