The lower level features a spacious open-plan living area combining a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, wine cooler, etc.), a welcoming dining area and a bright lounge. The living space opens onto two south-facing balconies, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and mountain surroundings.
A comfortable sleeping area
The duplex features three double bedrooms spread over two levels:
- Lower level: One double bedroom (160x200) with an en-suite shower room and WC.
- Upper level: Two double bedrooms (180x200 and 160x200), one of which features a south-facing balcony and a walk-in wardrobe.
A second bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, complete the sleeping area. Plus two separate WCs.
