The Araucarya residence is located on 'La promenade des Ardoisières', one of the most picturesque streets of Avoriaz in the historic district of Dromonts.
This residence of 57 apartments stretches along the promenade facing the magnificent panorama of the Morzine valley. The architecture of this residence forms a unique mountain shape that was created in order to preserve the natural perspectives and to let the residence blend into the landscape.
Located in the historic Dromonts area, the residence benefits from the proximity to the many possibilites for entertainment and several recently renovated shops : 3 restaurants, a bowling and game hall, a caterer and wine shop and 2 ski shops.
