The Saskia residence is located in the Falaise area and offers a magnificent view of the Zorre ridges and the Morzine valley.
The residence stands at the end of the Falaise area, just a few steps away from covered parking lots. It opens up to the valley and the Super-Morzine ski area, providing one of the most beautiful views in Avoriaz. The Falaise district has all the necessary shops for a successful stay, and the center of Avoriaz is only a 5-minute walk away.

The ski departure point allows easy access to different sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area and provides direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash sectors, perfect for families and/or beginner skiers.
