The Sepia residence is located in the lower part of Avoriaz, at the foot of the Arare ski area, near the Place Jean Vuarnet and the Prodains Express cable car accessible from the Morzine valley.
This residence offers apartments with 2 to 3 rooms with breathtaking views of the summit of Hauts-Forts. The residence constructed directly on the mountainside has an elevator and 2 separate accesses: one on the north side to easily reach the resort center and one on the south side for a rapid departure on the slopes. The residence is part of the charming Haut-forts district, named after the highest summit in the Portes du Soleil. The shops on Jean Vuarnet Square and the famous Dromonts Square with restaurants and bowling are in close proximity.
The Pas du Lac residence also offers direct access to the Aare sector, so you don't lose a minute and can be the first on the slopes. An ideal location to explore the Portes du Soleil area or nearby Switzerland.
