The residence is situated on Tilia Street, close to the parking areas, which makes arrivals and departures convenient and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Slightly set back from the main street of the Falaise area, it enjoys a peaceful environment while still providing easy access to the shops. The neighborhood has all the necessary amenities for a successful stay, and the center of Avoriaz is reachable in just 5 minutes.
Skiing departure allows for easy access to various sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area. The ESF departure point in the Plateau area is also easily accessible within a few minutes.
